Welcome to our special Network. We are a community of like-minded individuals who love prank phone calls, practical jokes, phone phreaking, preserving late 1990s to early 2000s internet/computer/telephone culture, and OGSA [Off Grid Survival Activities] (prepping.) We consolidate/share our favorite pranks, OGPSA knowledge, and just about anything else in the world. And we are damn good at it.

By the end of 2026 we plan on establishing a larger but modest community. Each member will have their own “Corner.” Each one of our unique members will be able to share their favorite work by their favorite prank call performers, prankers, general useful knowledge for doomsday or off-grid survival, blogging, conspiracy, and anything else they feel like sharing…. 88.8 THE DISTURBANCE will go live on either internet radio or Amateur Radio. There will be a special Digitised Disturbance IRC, a dedicated HAM radio wavelength complete with a licensed user with a CallSign, a BBS board, a Voice Bridge you can call to join your other fellow Distrubers.
